Credit Card Upgrades

We enhanced our credit card program on Monday, Aug. 12! Current cards will continue to work. Card numbers won’t change, and UCCU credit cardholders won’t receive a new card until their current card expires, like normal. Things like payments, terms and conditions for all credit cards will stay the same.

• For all cardholders, we launched Visa 3-D Secure, an extra layer of payment security when shopping online. You may get a one-time password sent to your mobile phone. Update your cellphone number by logging into online banking or calling the credit union. If we don't have your current number, your transaction will fail.
• CardValet^® is no longer available, and we'll soon switch to CardNav^®. When it becomes available in February 2025, we'll notify you. Then you can download the app through the Apple App Store or Google PlayGet it on Google Play, and register as a new user to set up alerts and controls. Anyone can set up CardNav to enjoy purchase notifications, card controls and more! Until then, you can manage your card through online banking's Account Alerts and Card Management sections.
• For rewards cardholders, we'll replace uChoose Rewards with Member Rewards, which includes a cash-back option! Your current points balance will transfer over to the Member Rewards platform. You'll need to register as a new user after Nov. 1. In the interim, you'll continue to earn points on purchases.
